The Maclean Anglican Parish is situated on the mighty Clarence River on the coast in Northern NSW. It comprises of three churches: St. James, Maclean; St. Peter’s Iluka, and All Saints Yamba. Currently we are without a permanent Rector in this Parish. However, Rev.Canon Steve Clarke has been appointed as our Interim Locum.
Please note that for the time being we are required to wear masks, to socially distance, and there can be no singing during our services.
We like to feel we have energetic and friendly churches which are keen to welcome everyone whether a visitor or from our local community. As well as our regular services, we also hold regular services at our three local retirement villages . From time to time we also participate in combined ecumenical worship with other churches in our region.
Rev Steve and all our Lay Ministers are available to share with anyone in need, as well as those who are feeling the stress of being isolated or just managing day today. Please call Rev. Steve on 0412966458
Our Mission statement is
“We the Anglicans of the Lower Clarence, will proclaim through our worship, fellowship and example the love of Jesus Christ for all”
