Due to COVID in 2021 the Christingle service and street stalls have been cancelled
Each year we host a beautiful Christmas carol evening where our focus is on the “real meaning” of Christmas. We hear the Christmas Bible readings, sing the well known carols, listen to a great address, and then watch in wonder as the children, dressed in costumes, parade into the church carrying their Christingle oranges. As they reach the front of the church they form the Nativity Scene – a beautiful picture of what Christmas is all about.
St. James, Maclean, ladies host two street stalls(one in May for Mother’s Day and one in November) , a craft and gift market, and they attend the Maclean Saturday market a couple of times a year to sell the wares made during their stitching days. November street stalls will be held on 11th November in Maclean, and on 12th November in Yamba. The annual craft fair will be held in the Maclean Ministry Centre on 4th and 5th November
